Landing a No. 1 Spot
Interestingly, golfing was always a priority before Paige tried her hand at modeling. Yet most of the criticisms she’s gotten over the course of her career have been from people who assume that she does not deserve all the recognition she gets.
And as if to prove naysayers wrong, she got even more recognition for her looks in 2022. That was also the year she made history as the first athlete to ever attain a No. 1 spot in the “Maxim’s” Hot 100 list. It shows that women athletes are not monoliths–they can simultaneously be phenomenally skilled and breathtakingly beautiful.
