Shark Mating Season

Stories like these are equal parts amusing and terrifying. There’s the fact that Heather Rou escaped getting eaten by a group of sharks, which coincidentally are called a shiver. She must have shivered in fright to realize that not only did she escape unscathed, but she also took part in the sharks’ mating ritual, albeit unknowingly.
Sharks typically mate during the Spring and Summer months, and the period of gestation usually lasts from 9 months to 2 years. But the moral of the story is to never go swimming in the dark. But if you’re so inclined, check to make sure that its not shark mating season.
