Gillian Taylforth has kept TV audiences on the edge of their seats since the ’80s and has maintained her naturally flawless skin and beauty through the decades. To keep her body in tip-top shape, the “Footballers’ Wives” actress starts her day with a cup of hot water and lemon to help cleanse her body while stocking up on fresh fruits and vegetables.
Although Taylforth has allegedly resorted to science and technology in her latter years to cling to her youth, if she ends up looking this good, we are definitely not complaining. Having stayed on the popular sitcom for more than two decades, Taylforth returned in “EastEnders” in 2021 as Kathy.
