Thanks To This Mother Cat, An Abandoned Baby Possum Will Have A Mother
If you thought humans were the only ones capable of having blended families, think again. This mother cat is defying the odds. She has become the foster mom for a baby possum that was found all alone on a family’s deck.
According to the family, they believe the newborn possum must have accidentally fallen off its mother. Thankfully, their black cat just had a litter of kittens and she took the possum in as her own, even going as far as breastfeeding it. The possum is always hanging around her neck now.
