Miriam Margolyes – Age 80
At 80, actress Miriam Margolyes, who played herbology instructor Sprout in the “Harry Potter” franchise, remains vocal and open about topics not usually talked about. She even released a memoir titled “This Much Is True,” detailing her bumpy road in the industry.
In 2021, Margoyles hosted a podcast called “Growing Old Disgracefully,” which is perhaps on-brand because of her frankness about aging. A few years before this, the star, who started her career in theater, called out the lack of discussion about the plight and the process of aging, especially the physical changes and complications that happen.
