Erin Brockovich became a household name when the film about her life as an activist became a critical and commercial success. In the movie, Julia Roberts plays Brockovich, and although there are some key differences, the film shows many interesting details about Erin’s personal life.
She was married three times, with the most recent one to actor and country recording artist Eric Ellis. The two were married in 1999. At the time, Erin described Eric as among the top three men she knows personally, aside from her father and her boss, Ed Masry. In 2012, however, Erin and Eric filed for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences.”
