Sometimes, celebrity bodyguards get more perks than just protecting their employers, including getting involved romantically. That’s what developed between “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum and her former bodyguard, South African Martin Kirsten. The supermodel began dating Kirsten in 2012, soon after divorcing her ex-husband Seal, a singer-songwriter.
They broke off the relationship after dating for one and a half years. The “America’s Got Talent” judge may be having another bodyguard now, but she sure showered her former bodyguard-boyfriend with cash and reportedly gave him a house back in South Africa. Contrary to many reports, Klum didn’t date Kirsten until after her separation from Seal.
