Rebel Wilson, The Almond And The Seahorse – 40 Pounds
Rebel Wilson gained international fame for playing the popular character Fat Amy in the three-film series Pitch Perfect. In her contract, she had a clause that forbade her from losing weight until her stint in the movies was over. This set her back on her own weight loss goals.
But once she finished filming on the third and final film, Wilson shifted her focus. In 2020 that she committed to a weight loss plan and achieved her goal weight of 165 pounds way earlier than projected. She cut out dairy, gluten and made breakfast her main meal. She also exercises regularly. She is currently filming The Almond and the Seahorse.
