Brian Baumgartner, The Office – 100 Pounds
Brian Baumgartner was perfect for his role as Kevin Malone in The Office. Directly based on one of the characters from the original British series, Baumgartner’s character is renowned for his lack of communication skills as well as his weight and size. Malone was a minor character, but he was regarded as pivotal by critics.
Baumgartner used to be a renowned snacker, and this is seen as the reason behind his weight gain. According to reports, he has lost an estimated 100 pounds, which is much more than is expected of someone who just stepped nibbling snacks. He hasn’t shared any other methods he used, though.
