Kevin James, Home Team – 50 Pounds
Kevin James’s size and stature made him the perfect candidate for the role of Doug Heffernan, a courier driver in The King Of Queens. His quirky but warm demeanor saw him cast in various movies, including Paul Blart: Mall Cop and a host of films opposite Adam Sandler.
Despite his size working for him, he decided to lost weight for his kids and started by modifying his diet, removing fast food entirely. He also started exercising, but the real game-changer came when he worked on the MMA-based film Here Comes The Boom. The training for this aided his weight loss plans. He is currently filming a movie called Home Team.
