Spanish actress Penélope Cruz, who starred in the 2022 movie “The 355,” listed her Hollywood Hills property on the market in 2011. She finally found a buyer who shelled out $2.88 million in the following year. Unfortunately, the “Vanilla Sky” star incurred a loss after because the sale price was over $800k less than her asking.

The celebrity house boasts a private yard, bamboo floors, French doors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that give the interior an airy and bright vibe. Fortunately, Cruz may have made up for that loss with her numerous projects like “Official Competition,” “Parallel Mothers,” and “Wasp Network.”

Jennifer Lopez – $10 Million, Hidden Hills

Hidden Hills is a gated and guarded neighborhood in Los Angeles, hence the name. Many celebrities choose to call it their home, particularly for privacy reasons. Jennifer Lopez, a.k.a. J.Lo, was among those stars until 2017. She owned a massive mansion with nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms located on over three acres of land.

The “On the Floor” singer purchased it in 2010 and had been trying to sell it for over two years. In 2017, she finally managed to make a profit selling it for $10 million. Lopez is doing pretty great financially, personally, as well as professionally, juggling between both acting and singing. Her new track, “Cambia el Paso” was released in July 2021.
