Reese Witherspoon – $15.9 Million, Brentwood

Being one of the world’s highest-earning actresses comes with loads of advantages. For instance, it means you can afford pretty much anything without worrying about the price tag. In 2019, the “Legally Blonde” star Reese Witherspoon made $35 million, which is probably why she spent a good $15.9 million on a house purchase from Brentwood, Los Angeles.
The 9,504 square-foot mansion has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and is as elegant from the inside as it is from the outside. The three-acre open area makes it ideal for the busy actress and producer to take a breather and wind down after long days of work.
Pamela Anderson – $11.8 Million, Malibu

The Canadian-American actress and model Pamela Anderson is a well-known feminine symbol, particularly of the ’90s. She still makes the occasional appearances on screen but is mostly praised for her work as an animal rights activist, endorsing PETA. According to Business Insider, the steamy “Baywatch” star sold her beachfront house located in scenic Malibu in 2021.
Anderson got $11.8 million in exchange for the house, which, in 2017, she listed for a monthly rent of $50K. We’re thinking it’s a decent price to pay for a 5,500 square-foot house with a private lagoon. What can beat that?
Dolly Parton – $1.2 Million, Nashville

The house pictured above isn’t where Dolly Parton lives. In fact, it is one of her past homes where she hasn’t lived since the ’90s. Sitting on 2.4 acres of land in Nashville, Tennessee, this dwelling was built in 1941, which explains the glamorous vintage look it has.
In 2017, this four-bedroom three-bathroom piece of real estate went on the market with an asking price of $1.2 million, and it must have been quite the treat for all Dolly Parton fans (who could afford it, of course). Parton’s music career is still very much active, with her 47th studio album, A Holly Dolly Christmas, coming out in 2020.
