How many models can claim to have made the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimwear Edition three years in a row? Not many even less can say they have been on 500 magazine covers, and how many can consider themselves so popular they’ve been the face of Covergirl for 25 years.
Christie Brinkley has done all of this and was married four times. These marriages in turn produced three children: Alexa Ray Joel, from Piano man Billy Joel, as well as Jack Brinkley-Cook from Richard Taubman and Sailor Brinkley-Cook from architect Peter Halsey Cook. Alexa has followed her dad into music, while Sailor went into modeling like Christie. Jack is an entrepreneur.
