Joan Van Ark & John Marshall – Together Since 1966
Joan Van Ark’s blissful married life is almost as long as her astounding acting career. She made her Broadway debut in 1966. That was the same year she married Marshall, who is an Emmy-winning correspondent that has worked at KNBC-TV.
The two were high school sweethearts who had known each other from Colorado. As the story goes, they spent their honeymoon visiting European places that were made famous by Van Ark’s namesake, Joan of Arc. Such romantic gestures might be one of the secrets to their enduring marriage. Van Ark appeared in the short series “Curious George” in 2021.
