Jennifer Grey – 61
Known for her excellent acting in the 1987 movie, Dirty Dancing, Jennifer Grey is one of the few Hollywood stars whose career got affected because of a cosmetic procedure. She herself had admitted to coming out of the operation room as anonymous after going in as a celebrity.
She had had a nose job she referred to as the nose job from hell because it had changed her look so completely that even close friends could not recognize her. She went back for another rhinoplasty to correct the previous error. In 2020, she appeared in The Conners, a spin-off continuation of Rosanne.
