To mark its 25th anniversary, the original 1996 series, “Nash Bridges,” reboot was announced in October 2021, with Don Johnson returning as the lead. The production officially began in May, with filming for the two-hour TV film taking place in San Francisco.
He might have had some ups and downs during his career, but the “Miami Vice” actor has undoubtedly proven his mettle in the eyes of modern audiences. Bruce Willis – Die Hard
Known for his hard-edged, wisecracking characters, Bruce Willis became a fan-favorite among action lovers as NYPD agent John McClane in “Die Hard” (1988). With an estimated budget of $28 million, the action flick ended up grossing $140 million at the box office worldwide at the time.
As the self-described progeny of a long line of blue-collar people, Willis’ mother worked as a banker while his father was a handyman. In September 2021, Willis sold his plot of land on Parrot Cay island for $6 million. The “Red” actor had previously owned a lot of real estate on the island, and it was also the venue of his 2009 marriage to Emma Heming.
Tiffani Amber Thiessen – Saved by the Bell
Best known for her late ’80s and early ’90s series “Saved by the Bell,” Tiffani Amber Thiessen is yet another star who just managed to make a name for herself towards the end of the decade. Coming from a family of mixed ancestry, she started working in showbiz from a very early age, landing her first commercial gig at the age of six.
In 1989, Thiessen garnered the attention of audiences worldwide when she played the role of a head cheerleader at Bayside High school in “Saved by the Bell.” In November 2020, MTV gave the green light to “Deliciousness,” a spinoff of “Ridiculousness,” with Thiessen as the show’s host.
