Claire Bloom
Born with the name Patricia Claire Blume in North London in February 1931, the beautiful British actress has left no stone unturned to build a distinguished pedestal for herself as an actor. Bloom’s big break came when she was discovered and introduced by Charlie Chaplin in “Limelight.”
She’s popular for her Shakespearean roles and continued acting in many brilliant films like “Clash of the Titans” and “The Haunting”. Bloom was married thrice and shares a daughter(Anna Steiger) with her first husband (Rod Steiger). The veteran actress who enjoyed a lifetime of stardom was last seen in Stephen Poliakoff’s “Summer of Rockets.”
