They Are Meat Lovers Too

Americans may not drink the most beer per capita, but they certainly love their meat. It’s no surprise that the United States is the world’s top meat consumer, but when it comes to the amount of meat consumed on a per capita basis, they do not take the top prize. That honor instead goes to Hong Kong, with Australia coming in closely behind.
Pictures of a countryside barbecue easily show us that Americans love their meat, and they eat it in industrial dosages. They surely are in for the health benefits that come with eating it, such as having a great source of protein, vitamins, and even fatty acids.
