Halsey – $20 Million

Earlier this year, Halsey doled out $10.2 million to purchase Liam Payne and Cheryl’s supposedly “haunted” mansion in Los Angeles. Located in Calabasas, California, she closed the deal just weeks before making headlines following her pregnancy announcement. The lavish residence features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms and is fully kitted out with a recording studio, pool, a movie theater, and a library.
In July 2021, the Without Me singer broke the internet with the release date of her new album, If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power. Inspired by her recent experiences, the album depicts the joys and horrors of conceiving and childbirth.
Kanye West – $6.6 BILLION

Kanye West burst onto the scene as a producer and rapper who has worked with Jay Z, among others. But before you quit your day job thinking rap gave West his billions, please read on. Despite hits like Gold Digger and Through The Wire, West spent most of his career in bad financial shape. He even hit Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg up for a loan.
However, West slowly built an empire between his real estate, several other appreciating assets, and, most importantly, his Yeezy line of sneakers and subsequent collaboration with Adidas. All of this made him a billionaire, and his 2021 net worth is $6.6 billion.
