Roberta Flack is a legend in the music industry because she was the first-ever singer who took home the Record of the Year award at the Grammy Awards in two consecutive years. Once she became a professional artist, she experienced massive success with hits like ‘Killing Me Softly with His Song’ and ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face.’ Flack is 84 years old today, and she received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020.
