Follow the Lights Wherever, Whenever

It is certainly an odd sight to come across a traffic light in a remote area as they are usually found in populated cities where traffic is heavy, and roads are congested. Installing such a system usually costs around $200,000, making us question if the money could have been better spent in another way.
The first ever traffic light was set up in London in 1868 and was manually operated. The modern three-color system we are familiar with today was first used in Ohio in 1914. Traffic lights have been around for over 150 years, and it is incredible to think how far we have come since then.
