Mel Gibson burst onto the scene in the groovy ’80s, rocking those action-packed “Mad Max” movies. But then decided to switch gears and jump into the director’s chair after nailing some killer acting gigs. And guess what? He created several smash-hit films, with “Braveheart” snatching him an Oscar and all.
Okay, so maybe he stumbled upon a few PR potholes that dented his rep, but the guy’s still a Hollywood heavyweight. This gem of a photo was taken during those rough patches. Looks like he channeled his frustrations towards a paparazzo who dared to snap him outside a fancy Malibu joint.
