Fiona Bruce – £409K

Since joining the BBC in 1989, Fiona Bruce has built her entire career around the channel, and it’s paying off. Bruce is known as the face on “BBC News at Six” and “BBC News at Ten,” but she also hosts shows like “Call My Bluff” and “Antiques Roadshow.”

Bruce succeeded David Dimbleby as host of BBC’s “Question Time” in 2019, and by 2020, she was the second-highest female earner at the organization. But even with the 10% pay cut implemented by BBC, The National lists her annual earnings to be around £409K.

Ainsley Harriott – £3 Million

Ainsley Harriott is a celebrity chef known for shows like “Can’t Cook, Won’t Cook,” and “Ready Steady Cook.” While he no longer hosts those shows, 2021 saw him start a new show, “Ainsley’s Good Mood Food,” with a cookbook with the same title. In addition, Harriott has written over a dozen books with over two million copies sold.

Harriott’s brilliance hasn’t gone unnoticed, and in 2020, he was honored as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for his services to culinary arts and broadcasting. His salary is unknown; however, he’s managed to amass £3 million over an illustrious career.
