Matthew Perry – Los Angeles, $12.5 Million
Matthew Perry became a big star after he starred in the hit sitcom called Friends. With his massive salary on the show, he had no problems buying luxurious houses over the years. Photographed above is his former home in Los Angeles that he sold in 2012 for about $12.5 million.
Some of the best parts of the residence were the swimming pool, the media room, and the incredible city view. He sold the estate so that he could move into a newer $20-million mansion. Perry hasn’t been active in recent years, but he will make a comeback through his role in Don’t Look Up.
