Anthony Hopkins – Malibu, $10.5 Million
Anthony Hopkins became pretty popular in the late ’60s, and some of his most notable roles were in The Lion in Winter and The Silence of the Lambs. He formerly owned a large house in Malibu that had breathtaking views of the Pacific. He reportedly bought it for $3.795 million in 2001.
During the 2018 Woolsey wildfires, he got lucky because his property didn’t suffer any significant damages. He listed the place in 2020 and got to find a buyer who got it for $10.5 million. Hopkins will star in two upcoming films titled XCII and The Virtuoso.
