Mac Miller, Died At Age 26, 1992–2018
The number of lives claimed from drug overdoses seems too high to be real. According to “Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,” 70,630 people died from overdoses in America in 2019 alone. The famous rapper Malcolm James McCormick, better known as Mac Miller, was one of the victims of 2018.
Remembered for mixtapes like “K.I.D.S.” and albums like “Blue Slide Park,” Miller was also a successful record producer although, most of his productions were done under the moniker Larry Fisherman. After struggling with substance abuse issues for several years, Miller died on September 7, 2018, at his residence in Studio City. His will ensured his life’s earnings went to his family.
