Warrior Pose – Virabhadrasana
Summon your inner hero with “Virabhadrasana,” or Warrior Pose, a yoga stance that embodies strength and courage. Spread your feet 4 feet apart and extend the arms parallel to the floor. On an exhale, bend the right knee until it aligns with the ankle, forming a right angle. Turn the head to the right and gaze out over your fingers. Hold for 1 minute and repeat on the left side.
