Hero Pose – Virasana
Find inner power with “Virasana” or Hero Pose, a yoga posture that invites calm and focus. Start kneeling on the yoga mat with the thighs perpendicular to the floor. Slide the feet apart, just slightly wider than the hips, and sit down between the feet. Place the hands on the thighs, palms down.
