Lisa Whelchel – The Facts of Life
Lisa Whelchel experienced the peak of her stardom in the ’80s. The decade saw her shine as the preppy Blair Warner in the hit sitcoms “The Facts Of Life” and “Different Strokes.” She also enjoyed some success as a singer with the release of her album “All Because Of You” in 1984.
However, she later shifted her sights to writing and public speaking. Whelchel has published several books on a variety of topics from motherhood to friendship. She continues to act on the side, mostly appearing in holiday-themed films including “You Light Up My Christmas” in 2019, and began hosting the TV show “Collector’s Call” in 2020.
