Ringo Starr – Age 81
Sir Richard Starkey is best known by the name Ringo Starr. While pop-culture memes often joke about Starr being the least talented of “The Beatles,” pretty much everyone (from fans to pro musicians) agrees he’s one of the best and most influential drummers in music history. Without his steady beats, the many hit songs of “The Beatles” wouldn’t sound the same.
An extremely likable guy who’s always got a smile on his face, Starr is also a bonafide, lifelong British rocker. Still doing what he does best today, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his work as a solo artist in 2015.
