But having been around the fitness bill a few times, Jackson is clued up on getting into and staying in shape. She dropped 70 pounds just by exercising four times a week, doing only weights. Her workouts were never shorter than 45-minutes or longer than an hour. Her latest album, Black Diamond, was released in 2021.
