Ricki Lake is one person who hasn’t made a secret about her weight issues. She is best known for her talk show, The Ricki Lake Show. But before it started, Lake had o lose 100 pounds in six months. She did it using a fad diet and actually managed to keep it off.
Despite never gaining back that 100 pounds, she still struggled with her fluctuating weight, especially after the birth of her children. But it was after her second child in 2001 that she made a more conscious effort to be healthy. She started eating healthy and exercising consistently, and she has dropped 30 pounds, with no fluctuating.
