Togo’s Incessant Restlessness
It wasn’t exactly the happy reunion you might think it is, though, at least not for long. Togo soon returned to his worrisome antics, and he became so unpredictable that Seppala would’ve been forgiven if he ever regretted the decision to keep the dog.
He often broke out of the dog shelter to join Seppala, running alongside the teams he was training. Moreover, he seemed to have not lost his impractical audacity. Togo, who was dearly tiny for a dog and would only grow up to weigh 48 pounds or 22 kilograms as an adult, would often challenge and attack the bigger lead dogs of other sled teams.
