These Iconic Stars Are Still Alive and Well! Here’s What They Have Been Up To
Jane Withers, 94, Born in 1926 – Bright Eyes

One of the most prolific child stars of her generation, Jane Withers, carved her path in the industry. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, the little girl was urged by her parents to pursue a career in acting. She was notable as the bully Joy Smythe in the 1934 movie Bright Eyes, top-billed by Shirley Temple, who was then already a rising star.
Nonetheless, Withers received a steady flow of projects in the years that came. She also voice acted for The Hunchback of Notre Dame 2: The Secret of the Bell. Since the early 2000s, she has chosen to stay away from the spotlight.
