Jay North, 69, Born in 1951 – Dennis the Menace
Of the hundreds of child stars, Jay North was chosen to give life to the comic strip character Dennis the Menace. While playing the character, he would appear in many other shows like The Lucy Show and My Three Sons, which means the role opened doors for the star.
However, when the show was over, North found it hard to break out of the typecast, evidenced by his difficulty in landing a role. Although he occasionally bagged acting projects, it became hard to find the momentum again. He now serves as a speaker after battling drug issues in the past.
