“Action Figures”
Though there have not been significant gains in economic equality between the wealthiest nations and the rest, there have historically been major gains for gender equality. There is still major work that needs to be done. Step One: The Golden Girls are entirely legitimate action figures for resisting the patriarchy on a daily basis.
They deserve to be lauded for generations to come. Come on, compared to Sophia, what did Superman have to overcome? The man was invincible, but Sophia was just a regular human. Besides, she has a much better costume.
