The connection between the two began when his crew, known as “The Memphis Mafia,” recognized her uncanny resemblance to Priscilla, his former wife. Mary soon found herself in the spotlight of Elvis’ attention. However, fate dealt a tragic blow just a month later when Mary Selph was involved in a fatal auto accident.
