LaurDIY: The Creative Force Changing the DIY World
From the Great White North, LaurDIY! Born in the bustling city of Toronto in 1993, this Canadian dynamo has a degree in graphic communications management. However, she felt her creative spark was stifled in her academic pursuits.
In her first year at the University of Toronto, she began posting DIY tutorial videos on her website. Then, on December 1, 2011, LaurDIY entered the world of YouTube. She’s not afraid to evolve and bravely made over 500 old videos private that didn’t match her content vibe, steering clear of promoting any ‘perfect’ life illusions.
