If there’s a word to describe 50 Cent, we would call him a survivor. The multitalented rapper has been shot nine times previously, and he survived the injuries. No one would believe that he would need to hire a bodyguard to accompany him around, but we think he understands that security always comes first, regardless.
In 2000, the actor was brutally attacked by a man who used to work as Mike Tyson’s bodyguard. The star’s son and grandma witnessed the incident. The attack took 50 Cent about five months to heal fully. Rumors circulated that the shooting was suspected payback for his song “Ghetto Qur’an.”
