The split between actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is one of the most scandalous in Hollywood history. The couple met while filming The Rum Diary and in 2015 they got married on the island of Bahamas.
But the happiness didn’t seem to last, as Amber filed for divorce in May 2016, testifying that she was physically and verbally abused by Depp. Amber won a $7 million settlement. But in 2020, Johnny fought back in court against her testimony that he was a womanizer. Even though he lost the case, an incredible number of shocking details about the marriage were leaked.
