Zach Galifianakis, Ron’s Gone Wrong – 55 Pounds
Yet another comedian who doesn’t mind being a little podgy around the midsection, Zach Galifianakis, gained popularity and a cult following thanks to his role in the Hangover series of movies. But while he was gaining fame and getting lots of work regardless of his weight, he was also worried about his health.
This was when he decided to make some changed, the biggest of which was to stop drinking. He added exercise and started eating consciously, and the result was a 50-pound weight loss and feeling much healthier than he used to. He currently has a voice role in a film called Ron’s Gone Wrong.
