Mama June, Mama June: From Not To Hot – 300 Pounds
Despite being a pageant mom, Mama June always left the spotlight on her daughter Alana Thompson, aka Honey Boo Boo. While she initially gained exposure in the reality show Toddlers and Tiaras. Eventually, June and Alana got their own show with their family called Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
She was constantly ridiculed about her weight from as far away as South Africa. She weighed as much as 460-pounds, but that all changed when she got gastric bypass surgery and a personal trainer. This helped her lose 300 pounds, and in the process, she also owns a reality show called Mama June: From Not To Hot.
