Chris Pratt, Thor: Love & Thunder – 60 Pounds
Before he played a lean and fit intergalactic hero in Marvel’s Guardian’s Of The Galaxy, Chris Pratt played a portly office worker in the cult favorite sitcom Parks and Recreation. He was supporting at that time of his career and only started going for lead roles after his role in Moneyball.
When auditioning for the role of Star-Lord, he weighs 300 pounds. Fearing he would get the part, he switched to a paleo-type diet and started working out daily. He lost 60 pounds in six months and obviously landed the role. He will play hat role in the upcoming 2022 film Thor: Love & Thunder.
