You need to be so diligent these days. In the age of craigslist, catfishing and Photoshop, it’s easy for someone to dupe you into taking something that isn’t what they say it is. Take this picture, for example; the person selling this is probably pushing picket fences, suburban bliss, and a lush green lawn.
The only problem is the picture was taken when the lawn was very green. No problem, right, because a little photoshop magic will fix it. It probably would have worked better if they had gotten professional instead of their 10-year-old sibling to do it. Pros can color inside the lines.
