Ayaka Furue

Ayaka Furue may be the shortest player on the LPGA Tour, but her achievements tower in the world of golf. The Japanese pro seamlessly transitioned from the LPGA of Japan Tour, where she claimed eight victories, to dazzling on the global stage with her first LPGA Tour win at the 2022 Trust Golf Women’s Scottish Open.
A key player for the Japan National Team in 2017 and 2018, Ayaka’s highlights include winning the 2018 Junior Golf World Cup and placing fourth at the Asian Games. She became professional after an amateur win in 2019 and quickly added three more titles in 2021, climbing to No. 14 in the world rankings.
