James Cameron and Linda Hamilton – Settlement: $50 million
The Titanic director, James Cameron, and his actress ex-wife, Linda Hamilton, started dating in 1991 and soon moved in together. Two years later, in 1993, they welcomed a daughter into their little family. After six years of being a couple, the pair decided to officially get married. However, this marriage was not destined to last long as only two years the couple got divorced in 1999.
The settlement was estimated to be $50 million in Hamilton’s favor. Both their careers are thriving as Cameron is set to film multiple sequels in the Avatar franchise starting from 2022, and Hamilton appeared in an installment of the Terminator franchise in 2019.
