Exec David E. Kelley is responsible for the hit 2017 drama “Big Little Lies,” so everyone assumingly wants to work with him — that is, except his wife of 28 years, actress Michelle Pfeiffer. In February 2021, the “Scarface” actress opened up about their decision to separate their private lives away from their profession.
Pfeiffer pointed out that many celebrity couples who have worked together ended up filing for divorce soon after the project wrapped up. From the get-go, it did already show they were destined for each other because the actress saw how Kelley was a dedicated father to her adopted child.
