But as with great power, a nickname like ‘The body’ comes with great responsibility. Macpherson gets this and puts great effort into hers, dry brushing her body from head to toe, then taking a hot and cold shower before moisturizing from head to toe as well. She also recently started following an alkaline diet, which has helped her remain lean and glowing since she turned 50.
