Bernadette Peters – Age 74- Into The Woods
Bernadette Peters is a legend of Broadway. She’s had roles in various high profile productions, including Mack and Mabel, Into the Woods, A Little Night Music, and Hello, Dolly! Her career has spanned 50 years, and what’s most amazing is that she still looks like a spring chicken.
Peters is all about wellness. Especially in terms of her diet. She keeps it simple, ensuring that there is a protein, vegetable, and salad on her plate. Peters also exercises every day with pilates, Gyrotonic, and weight lifting key to her regiment. She recently participated in the Take Me to the World: A Sondheim 90th Celebration to celebrate Broadway composer Stephen Sondheim.
