June Lockhart, 95, Born in 1925 – The Remake

Veteran thespian June Lockhart was barely 10 when she began performing. She made her movie debut in 1938 in the film A Christmas Carol. Being the daughter of actors Gene and Kathleen Lockhart, she was destined to follow her parents’ path.

By the ‘40s, she began impressing critics and viewers, appearing in films like Forever and a Day and Easy to Wed. June technically aged in front of the public eye as she steadily accepted roles throughout decades until 2019. That year marked the last time she lent her voice as Mindy the Owl in Bongee Bear and the Kingdom of Rhythm.
